Kia Motors Malawi maintains and repair vehicles according to the rules established by KIA MOTORS. Kia Motors Malawi utilizes the best technologies in terms of vehicle maintenance and management, following a pre-established process.

• Schedule appointment
• Friendly welcome and quality service
• Diagnosis: we diagnose your vehicle and give you feedback.
• Repair Order: request your authorization to establish a repair order
• Estimated cost: a detailed Pro forma invoice is provided to you
• Maintenance/Repairs: our teams are working to resolve the issue.
• Inspection: after maintenance/repair, inspection is done with you the customer.
• Delivery and monitoring: after delivery, we will follow up in a few days.

Service Plan

A Service Plan provides for your vehicle’s KIA Motors-recommended services. It runs for a set duration of time (e.g. 3 years) or distance travelled (e.g. 60 000 km), whichever happens first. The Service Plan will help keep your vehicle running smoothly and could optimise your resale value. Keep your plan intact by servicing your vehicle according to KIA Motors’ guidelines.
