Kia Motors Malawi has two fully fledged branches with administrative offices, vehicle showrooms, service workshops and parts departments in Blantyre and Lilongwe and a service centre in Mzuzu with plans currently underway to make this a fully fledged branch as well.

Our fully equipped workshops are able to cater the Kia brand that we distribute and service and are complimented with well-qualified and competent staff to carry out pre-delivery inspection, servicing, warranty work, repairs and maintenance and ensure customer satisfaction and safety as they drive in our vehicles. The use of modern computerized diagnostic equipment assists our team in quickly identifying any problems which aids with quality and speed of service that we are able to provide.

Furthermore, we have a fully secured, spacious, well-arranged and managed spare parts warehouse with sufficient stocks with computerized inventory control systems. We also have a system in place which ensures that where we do not have a part in stock we are able to get it into the country within a maximum period of four days. We believe that we are one of the best in so far as after-sales back up is concerned in the motor industry in Malawi.
